Lola Oyekan is a U.S.–based attorney and business strategist whose professional journey spans investment and retail banking, technology law, operational strategy, and multi-jurisdictional compliance. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Blackbaud, the world’s leading software company powering social impact organizations, she provides legal oversight on complex commercial transactions, data privacy, SaaS contracting, and global compliance frameworks.
With a foundation in corporate and investment banking, Lola has advised on multibillion-dollar transactions across financial, real estate, and emerging markets. Her distinctive ability to bridge financial acumen with legal precision enables her to guide businesses through risk, governance, and growth with confidence.
Beyond her corporate achievements, Lola serves as Chairman of the Board of the Seyi Oyekan Foundation, a nonprofit committed to improving healthcare access for underserved communities in Lagos, Nigeria.
