Ireayo is an experienced professional with a demonstrated history of working in the program development industry. She is currently the Head, Startups (Lagos Innovates) at Lagos Employment Trust Fund (LSETF). At LSETF, Mrs. Oladunjoye is responsible for developing and implementing Government-led programs aimed at creating an enabling environment for Tech Startups and Innovation Driven Enterprises to thrive in Lagos State. She previously worked as an Executive Assistant to the Executive
Secretary at LSETF where she strategically supported the executive team in providing access to affordable finance, skills development, and entrepreneurship opportunities for Lagos residents. Before joining LSETF, Ms. Oladunjoye was a key executive at several
companies such as Parthian Partners, Cornerstone Insurance, Interswitch, Secure ID, Barclays (ASBA), and Corona School, where she worked as the Chief of Staff to the Chairman.
Before moving to Nigeria, her work experience includes several years of delivering decent homes at the Borough of Westminster, London. Ms. Oladunjoye is a trained Engineer from the City University London and completed the Women’s leadership program at Oxford University, Said Business School.
