She is the Founder & Secretary of STEMHub
Foundation, a Canadian charity organization preparing visible minority youths with free hands-on experiments, industry 4.0 skill workshops for professions, scholarships for college and university students, and one-to-one mentoring required to increase opportunities for visible minorities to thrive in STEM) careers. STEMHub has impacted about 10000+ participants across our STEMing, STEMskills, STEMscholars, and STEMstars programs.
Through her consulting company, D-Tech Centrix LLC, she runs career coaching programs helping professionals with career development, career transitioning into tech, and securing graduate scholarship opportunities. She has impacted thousands of professionals on their journey to economic stability across North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa, and so on.
Her academic contributions have yielded several scholarly scientific publications, scientific conference presentations, and a TEDx talk.
