Olufolake  Salam is a Partner at the firm.  She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Calabar and has been called to the Nigerian Bar.  She has worked in a variety of fields and obtained extensive legal experience while working as an Associate in a top-tier law firm in Lagos.

She is passionate about Corporate Law Practice and has held several Legal positions for Corporate Organizations; Companies and Not-for-profits. Olufolake is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, A member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. Olufolake possesses significant experience in advising private, public, and international clientele on a wide variety of transactions.

Over the years, she has anchored our transactions with various leading organizations in various sectors. Olufolake heads the Corporate Law and Venture Capital Department. She is an MBA student at the University of South Wales United Kingdom. Olufolake regularly provides corporate investigation and business intelligence reports on the reputation of Nigerian companies/individuals on multi-jurisdictional issues for major consulting organizations across the globe, particularly in the United States.  She has carved a niche for herself as a negotiator of wide-ranged contractual / concession agreements with a knack for commercial/ Corporate instruments.
