Tosin Omotayo is a seasoned accounting professional with over two decades of experience. Nineteen years ago, he founded Omotayo CPA, a firm that has since become a trusted partner to businesses across diverse industries. Throughout his career, Tosin has led numerous consulting engagements, M&As, and business process improvement initiatives, delivering comprehensive accounting and advisory services. Known for his innovative mindset, he champions what he calls “3-D thinking” — a forward-looking approach that redefines traditional accounting and drives transformative business outcomes.
In addition to leading Omotayo CPA, Tosin is the co-host of the Beyond the Grind Podcast, where he shares thought leadership on professional growth, financial strategy, and leadership excellence.
A graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, where he earned his degree in Accounting, Tosin also holds an MBA from Dallas Baptist University. Beyond his professional practice, he serves as Chairman of the Board for the Tosin and Funmi Omotayo Foundation, where he provides strategic leadership and oversight to philanthropic initiatives focused on community empowerment and education.
